Salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan untuk melakukan interVLAN Routing adalah dengan mengkonfigurasikan mode trunk pada tiap port di switch server  yang terhubung dengan router atau switch lainnya
Switch>enable
Switch#configure terminal
Switch(config)#interface range fastEthernet 0/1 - 3
Switch(config-if-range)#switchport mode trunk
Switch(config-if-range)#switchport trunk native vlan 1
Switch(config-if-range)#exit
